ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a superstar Support Facilitator to join our small but dedicated team! This role is suited to someone who has experience in SIL supports.This role will be based in our Canterbury & Bass Hill SIL homes, with occasional travel to other sites and offices.

Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Have a sound knowledge and understanding ofNDIS safeguarding & compliance knowledge
Day-to-day operations of the 2 SIL homes, while working closely with our Workforce team to ensure our service delivery not only meets but exceeds expectations
Leading a diverse team with the ability to coach and inspire your team
Build and maintain relationships with participants, carers and stakeholders
Work with participants and carers to create bespoke support plans, monitor and review regularly

National Police Check
Working With Children Check.
NDIS Workers Screening
First Aid Certificate
NSW Drivers Licence
Fully insured motor vehicle
