Job Description

KEV PURPOSE 

The PAC admin Graduate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the PAC team while gaining practical experience across a broad range of HR functions. This role offers a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their PAC knowledge, skills, and professional experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Graduate will contribute to key People & Culture activities, projects, and initiatives, while building a strong foundation for a career in PAC. Act as a key user of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), maintaining employee data integrity and supporting system administration activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  1. Maintain employee records and PAC databases.
  2. Prepare PAC documents such as contracts and letters via HRIS.
  3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Assist in scheduling interviews and training sessions.
  5. Respond to employee queries and support PAC communications.
  6. Provide reports and track compliance records including mandatory training
  7. Onboarding and offboarding requirements in HRIS.
  8. Manage invoices and reimbursements related to People and Culture.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and People & Culture.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
